"We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything we were in town for. The beds are comfortable. The home was very clean and homey. It felt like we were staying with family. We didn’t end up cooking, but the kitchen is well stocked. The yard is quite large and fully fenced in. We enjoyed the privacy. The driveway has plenty of parking. It was chilly when we were in town so didn’t use the A/C. There’s a cute playroom off the kitchen that’s perfect...

"Friendly and helpful member of staff on arrival, spacious and clean room with comfortable beds. Good location in Santa Barbara close to the harbour and also Highway 101. Didn't use the pool and the jacuzzi was out of order but it didn't spoil our visit. There is a 7 Eleven a few doors down which is convenient."

"This was such a pleasant surprise! I needed to find a hotel in Santa Barbara that wouldn’t break the bank for a Mom on a budget. This was it! The rooms are incredibly clean, like you can smell how clean they are the second you walk in. I’m not talking air freshener, it was legit clean. The staff was incredibly nice, and it said in such a great location. A quick drive to the beach, right on State Street so there’s a ton to do. There are restaurants, nearby convenient stores, even a dispensary across the street if that’s your jam. We stayed on a ground floor room and we could hear the person above us walking around, but it wasn’t bothersome. I would absolutely stay here again. My kiddos and I didn’t even try out the pool because we spent the entire day at Henry’s beach, which was a straight shot to and from the hotel. Highly recommend!"
