“We rented a 2 bedroom apartment for our stay. A couple of months before we arrived Lions Dive contacted us and said there was construction in nearby rooms and offered us complimentary breakfast buffet for our entire stay. Although there was construction noise the free breakfast buffet more than made up for it. We don’t typically spend much time in the room.
Staff was great, Eldridge was especially helpful getting us to our apartment and making sure we had everything we needed.

“The hotel is in a very convenient area. Extremely walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It wasn’t as much as an ocean view as I expected and the rooftop pool had mold so I was sad that I got in it. Otherwise our room was very clean and it was great for our stay.”

There was poop in the pool for two days and the staff didn’t clean it—regardless of bringing it to their attention. And how do I know it was poop, one of the kids stepped on it and it stained the bottom of the pool. So idk how long after they cleaned it. But two days in a row, it was there.”
