"Great customer service. Flight was delayed three hours getting into Sapporo and the staff was still there to greet me so long after my expected arrival. Good facilities, very clean, still smells brand new. "
A verified traveler stayed at hotel androoms Sapporo Susukino
"I've been to a few capsule/single room hotel and this is so far the best experience. They have 2 safety lockers for your valuables and small suitcase. A lot of outlets for you to charge your electronic devices, with options of either USB type or the regular. Flashlights, aircleaner available in your room. Room slipers, toothbrush and towels are available as well. It was so clean and organized plus staffs are able to speak English.
The place is just 3 mins away from Susukino Station which is one ride station from Sapporo station. Closest attraction are the famous Clock Tower, Sapporo Beer Museum and the old Government Office. "
"The service at this hotel was great. The amenities were amazing as well. The rooms were small but sweet. Along with this the hotel was located very close to the train station. The bath was also very relaxing and nice."

"The location is perfect! Very close to the JR Sapporo station. The room was clean and the spa was good, however, the breakfast buffet could be better. The breakfast picture looks very nice, but it was not what I expected. "
