“Due to a reservation date fowl-up at another hotel, the Holiday Inn Express was most accommodating! I was able to make an immediate reservation quickly with no problems. Susan at the front desk was friendly and extremely helpful. She was the most cheerful person at the hotel and answered every question I could come up with! What an awesome customer service attitude!”

“We received the wrong room, after I had booked a specific room for my birthday. Then the room we got had dust bunnies all over the floor and the bathtub had faulty hardware that made the shower stay on with the tub water. The tub took about 10 min to get warm.”

“Breakfast was the worst I've ever experienced at a Hilton property. I chose this property based on positive reviews for breakfast, so was especially disappointed when I came to breakfast an hour before it was scheduled to end but found that many food items were already gone or the machine was not working (yogurt machine, oatmeal, egg patties, hot water, sausage) and would not be replaced, plus utensils were missing! It was also set up in a very confusing way. When we complained to management……

“Just a perfect place to base ourselves for 3 nights. Super comfortable beds, good size room and super helpful staff, The area is full of history and a short stroll to the shopping and dining district . Off street parking was a bonus as was the breakfast. Would definitely stay again”
