Enjoy views of the marshlands from this Shelter Cove villa's screened porch. The home has new paint throughout and shiplap. The recently updated full kitchen and furniture help set the feeling of a home away from home.

Guests will enjoy access to the community pool and crabbing dock, as well as the tennis center within walking distance. The Lake House at Seabrook allows guests optional paid access to the indoor heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes, and library. Boutique shopping at Freshfields Village is less than two miles away. Fine dining and local historical tours are just 20 miles away in downtown Charleston.

THINGS TO KNOW
Seabrook Island Club amenities and the Lake House Fitness Center require an Amenity card (deposit required for each card, and/or a daily/weekly fee to use the Club facilities). Club facilities include restaurants, outdoor pools, golf, tennis, pickleball, and more. Some activities have additional fees. All restaurants-only Amenity card charges are accepted (cash/credit cards not accepted). Visit the Seabrook Island Club's Guest Amenity Guide online for information and to purchase Amenity cards.
Parking Notes: There are 2 parking spots available for use. 1 parking pass is automatically paid for when booking the reservation. Any additional parking passes are $40 + taxes.
