“Pros and cons, the location was great for us. It is on a busy street but we were mostly out back. The mostly enclosed back porch was filthy. Stack of extra chairs and a folding table were unusable. The dishwasher had old water in it and would not drain, we are used to doing dishes by hand but since we had a dishwasher would have been nice to use. On the other I alerted property manager of shortage of TP and there was a pack on the front porch in just a few minutes. I had been told there was a……

“Host was friendly, place was decorated nicely and was clean. This was an excellent location, close to lots of local attractions. It was a little frustrating that we were notified of construction on the street the DAY OF our stay, which caused us to have to park around the corner on an alternate street and not have use of the driveway. Also, since there was no dishwasher, it would be nice to not be expected to hand wash our dishes when we pay a cleaning fee.”

“Everything was excellent from the location and its proximity to so many Colorado Springs attractions, to the attention to detail and cleanliness of the property. The cottage had everything I needed for a restful mini vay-cay. The bed was super comfortable. “I came to this property with 8 other guests for my birthday. The property was very clean when we arrived and large enough for all of us. The game room was so much fun and had so many activities to do. So even with as many people as we had, everyone was able to play and join in. Rooms were large with plenty of closet space and the sofa couch was comfortable. The property is connected to an other house but separated by a garage so we didn’t hear the neighbors. The driveway was big enough to fit……
