“Working Horse farm that was a great new experience for us. Cozy room decorated in a throwback style making us nostalgic for simpler times but having all the amenities that one needs for modern times also. Kris and Jim were so gracious and accommodating. Made our attendance at a destination family wedding extra special and memorable.”

“We stayed here for our niece’s wedding weekend where lodgings were all booked in the area. The host did not inform us about the lack of AC until our day of arrival, when it was too late to cancel without penalty or make alternative arrangements. During the day, indoor temperatures were well above 85°F. Because all bedrooms are on the top floors where heat rises, the warmth was trapped upstairs. Past midnight, indoor temperatures remained at 85°F and above, making it exceptionally difficult to……

“H H is an amazing experience. It’s tranquil. Bear Creek runs right along the inn. The room was amazingly, immaculate and functional. there is great responsiveness and welcoming spirit of the staff. You can walk to the main strip, an easy 10 to 15 minute walk. The breakfast in the morning is made by hand and their kitchen and delivered to your room. Bojo‘s pizza is there and some cute boutiques for making purchases and the general store for more touristy things. there’s a happy hour every day……

“The mansion is beautiful with a rich atmosphere. There are several places to sit outside and the garden breakfast area is delightful. The owner and daughter are often available for conversation and questions.”
