Very friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious, but the name Riverview "Bed & Breakfast" feels misleading, even if it is just $7 more for breakfast. Was disappointed to have a dbl bed, didn't realize when I booked. But still a great experience I would recommend.

At 277$+tx per night for a waterfront view room, I had higher expectations than what feels like an old 2-star hotel. Stayed for 7 days in a non-waterfront room, followed by another 2-days the following week in a waterfront view room on the main floor, near the swimming pool. The rooms (bed, bedding, furniture, carpet, and 1980-styled bathroom) felt old and overdue for a restyle/refresh. Burnt out lightbulbs in the room and bathroom. The air conditioning (old style through wall) could barely keep up, and was so noisy, trying to get some sleep was a challenge. The wifi (the only wifi available, no premium option) was awful, it simply didn’t work properly. I inquired to reception if I was the only one having a bad experience with wifi and was told that wifi is this bad, that nothing can be done to improve it. What made it worst as they cellular service is problematic and spotty in that area so no cell data either.
