“I was given attitude when I showed up at 2PM to check in. No rooms are clean until 4. I sweetly said I'd been driving since 5AM, and was there anything he could do to help me out. He did. He gave me what I think was probably the worst room with a 1st floor spotlight shining directly in the window. Didn't know until it got dark at 8PM. Oh well. Then, someone assigned my room in the middle of the night, so someone kept opening the barred door ...when I asked who it was they said the desk……

“Our overall stay was enjoyable. Room was clean, hotel staff were polite, and the room was exactly as described. The only unexpected challenge was the continental breakfast. The service space is small compared to the amount of people staying at the hotel. We were shoulder to shoulder trying to get coffee and our food. Seating is limited, too.”

“This was a wonderful property with great amenities. There was a slight issue about the reservation for both the property and the spa services.
