“My family and I stayed at this home for 3 days. There was a sense of peace in that home that was calming. My family and I slept well in the beds in each room . It's walking distance from Beale Street in a very safe downtown area. There's a private garage and parking space is ample. Jason is a wonderful host! What you see in the pictures is literally what you get. My son is now living in Tennessee with his wife and when we come back to visit we will go right back to this home. You won't regret...

“My 80-year-old mother, my husband and I stayed in this Memphis gem for 2 days while we checked out Sun Studio, Graceland, and the Stax Records Museum. You would never guess by looking at this apartment from the street that it is so modern, and stylish with amazing natural light. “We came to Memphis on business, and chose this place because it had the best price. What we first pulled up, the neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but as advertised, it was clean and quiet all week. Amanda was wonderful to work with.”

“The location was great. Excellent restaurant around the corner and wonderful bagel place a few doors up. We walked to the Renesant Convention Center, 25 minutes, every day. We tried to rent a car at the airport but the flight was late and the car was gone, and no more cars, and no workers there or on the phone. We walked to Beale St and heard blues and ate good food.”

“This is a cozy quiet location that was perfect for my wife and me. We loved the proximity to the freeway entrance which made it really easy to get around during our visit. The service stairwell and the hall smell like smoke but that is the only not so great thing about this place and it is more of a general building thing instead of the actual property. I would stay here again.”

“Parking lot had trash everywhere and big piles of trash too. Have to park in assigned spot so locals know you’re visiting. 4 locks on door is a big clue. Condo carpet stained but otherwise appeared clean. Probably cleaning chemical smell aggravated my allergies so didn’t even stay there. Owner graciously refunded cleaning fee. ”
