“Everything was great best place to stay in Memphis. I enjoyed staying in an apartment over a hotel or motel. The room was clean. The heated bed was a plus. Will tell anytime going to Memphis to stay here”

“I enjoyed my stay at Kings Inn but it was few things wrong with the hotel. The room was clean but the bathroom did have a few problems. Also, the staff was very nice.”

“Had a tad bit of difficulty finding the parking drive but after we got checked in the room was awesome. Very comfy bed super large clean room. I was very impressed. The continental breakfast was excellent!!! Most definitely recommend.”

“This was my second time that front desk guy makes me to do reservation on line instead to do walking reservation, telling me than that not is possible at that moment, and There is a lot opportunity to improve breakfast.”

“The area around the hotel was filthy and unsafe. There were what looked like druggies hanging in front of the hotel lobby.”

“Things were very nice”

“Where do I start first off? It was a five story building in both elevators. Did not work and appeared to be that way for sometime. None of the ice machines worked. There was an old bar of soap in my bathroom and the showerhead would only come out of a trickle, though the bathtub water came out fairly strong. There was only two lights in my room, though the room was very clean and seemed to be slightly remodeled, but all in all wouldn’t stay there again they definitely need to improve. ”

“Clean rooms! Friendly staff! ”

“Room 234 hot tub was broke and had to flip breaker to use it. It would come on loudly in the middle of the night until the breaker popped. They wouldnt switch rooms because we booked through Expedia. Light was out in our room and they hand my wife a light bulb to change it. Had reservations at the Lookout restaurant at 6:30, got sat at 7, got someone elses (2 filets and a ceasar) food at 8pm which they said eat until we got our food at 9:45. My wife ordered a new york, but instead they brought……

“No internet service, poor cleaning job, outlets didn’t work in bathroom area. Room needed repairs to the ceiling and bathroom door”
