"The resort is nice however the infrastructure is showing its age. The elevators acted up with one not stopping on our floor even when floor button lit. It took two tries up and down before it opened on the ground floor and we walked up. That elevator was down for maintenance the next day. We were offered an upgrade to a beach view suite with Juliette balcony. It was a beautiful view and suite was clean and comfortable. However the sliding door to open the balcony was extremely hard to open & close with the handle very loose. We ended up not opening. Bathroom plumbing was showing age. The only deal breaker was the elevator. Otherwise it was a nice stay."

"This place is amazing. Place is clean and very well cared for. View is great. Beach bar is great (most expensive on the beach) but service and drink quality is outstanding. Definitely Returning to this location "

"It’s a beautiful hotel right on the beach. Spacious clean rooms. "

"Key card kept deactivating on its own. Tub drain was broken. Ac wires were all electrical taped together. "

"When I pulled up I thought it looked like a standard type Florida motel but……. I was wrong. Once you enter the back of the resort you will be totally surprised with 2 really nice pools, jacuzzi, very clean beach scene, beach restaurant , gourmet restaurant and bar and a really nice coffee shop. "

"Nice location, room was fine. Should have a microwave in the room. Live music during the day would be nice or at least some music around the pool."
