“This is my 3rd or 4th year consecutively stay in this hotel. All services are great, and staffs are kind and professional as usual. The only problem is this time my room wifi was very unstable. My phone or laptop disconnected and reconnected to the room wifi several times when I needed to use wifi.”

“Up a bit of a hill in Shibuya so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, great cafe upstairs. Small room but great staff, the older gentleman (manager) went out of his way to order us a taxi and help us with our luggage in the pouring rain (5 hrs after we had checked out).”

But I never got the check in email, even after calling the morning of my check in, and end up standing on the curb outside for thirty minutes making calls until I got in. I would still book with them again, the room was good. But timely check in emails really help a traveler. ”
