I had given up on Super 8s. Thankfully, i read the reviews on the Greenfield location and decided to give it a chance. Sara, the gal that checked us in, was very friendly and considerate. The rooms were clean, the bed was firm (with an extra blanket), the tv and wifi worked great, and the shower was hot. Only minor thing was that the ac unit was struggling to pump out cool air, but it was enough to keep us comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Very well lit and clean

A very lovely stay at a lovely place. Very clean and I was very pleased with the appearance and neatness of the hotel.

The property was very clean. House keeping were prompt.

Friendly staff, easy check in, safe, clean, and Cracker Barrel is close!

After a long road this hotel was just what we needed. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, even giving advice on the best eating establishments in the area. I have found all the Holiday Inn Express hotels that I have stayed in to be equally excellent.

Hotel was great, just wish the other hotels around were completed, so it doesn't look so much like a construction zone (which I know they don't have control over that). Definitely stay there again!

Amazing everyone was so nice. Very clean great breakfast

Stayed stayed at this location multiple times. Clean, comfy and the staff is amazing! Highly recommend

Good hotel and good price

Everything about the property was phenomenal. Everything was clean, enjoyed the weight room and the laundry.

Great customer service!

In my opinion, this is the best place to stay in Muncie. It's modern and , the rooms are well appointed and the staff are beyond polite.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, pool area was clean, very attentive to our needs if we had questions or requests, we enjoyed our stay

Nice breakfast. Waffles, bacon, French toast, oatmeal, bagels/toast, fruit and cereals. Everything was good. Exactly what I wanted.
