“I was in from IL, it was a last min emergency and needed somewhere to stay close to the hospital (11 mins away) and right by the airport! Check-in was fast and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and updated. They also had microwave and a fridge n freezer in the room. The Waterpark was small and perfect for my 2 yr old grandson. They had a great bar n grill restaurant at the hotel (open for breakfast also!).The food was great and well portioned and the staff was very……

“Staff was not there when we checked in, waited about 15 min then he finally showed up with no idea anyone was there. We dialed “0” on the phone to call staff and the staff phone was at the desk not of staff. Not impressed. ”
