"Got a 2 bedroom suite. No mini fridge - can’t remember the last time I had a hotel or motel room without a fridge. Furniture was banged up and chipped and cheap. No closet in one of the bedrooms and no hangers in the main space closet. Asked for hangers, never received. Only one roll of Toilet paper for 3 people for 4 days. AC was excellent though."

"King room was large and updated. Nice walk-in shower. Room was quiet. Restaurant in the lobby was good, we liked the chicken tacos. The hotel is right by the airport, with easy access. I would stay again. "

"Be prepared to pay way more than they tell you. They charged me for a deposit. Told me they would take the valet fee out of my deposit. They did NOT! (They make you pay for valet or find your own paid parking elsewhere) Then we check out and they charge me $72 for valet services. Was supposed to be $67 but because I had a bigger vehicle they charged more. Talked to front manager and she says she will have the money reimbursed within 24 hours hopefully. Overall spent $400 in the hotel alone. The room itself was great other than a previous guests belongings in the refrigerator which tells me they did the most basic cleaning. NEVER AGAIN!"

"Better than sleeping on the airport floor…it is what it is. Older place with glimpses of trying. Staff laclustre coffee didn’t work. Chaos for shuttle. Driver asking for tips. Would only stay again in a pinch…oh and some doors the handle goes up to open others down. Would be good to know that at checkin rather than getting to room thinking the key doesn’t work and having to go back to front desk. A few changes and they could be really good. "

"Clean room and convenient location. The only problem we had was the room we stayed was too loud and vibrated with club music at night disturbing our sleep every night. Not sure that was because of the weekend; we heard the loud banging music after 9pm for several hours on Friday and Saturday. Other than that the room was comfortable and service was good."
