“The big plus is how close it is to the beach. There’s also the pool that can be used now that it’s the same owner as the neibhoring motel. But the beds aren’t comfortable. The carpet is such a bad idea with the humid weather abd the sand from the beach. The electric outlets in the room are loose, the mini fridge kept shutting off because the plug wasn’t okay. If you are not looking for comfort, but just a great location, this is an okay choice.”

“My two girlfriends and I take a yearly trip to Ogunquit and have been staying at the Ogunquit Tides due to it having two bedrooms and a sofabed, good price and also close to downtown. They also have a beautiful outdoor pool, indoor pool, continental breakfast and you can actually walk to the beach at low tide. Great place for the value. Staff helpful and friendly.”

"The hotel was ok but our room seemed to be one of the few still unrenovated ones. It was supposed to be a Deluxe room but it was far too small and uncomfortable to qualify as such. The old, outdated and small bathroom did not help improve the experience either. However, the worst part of our stay was the unfriendliness of the staff. Smiling and helpfulness are clearly not part of their profile. Location was good though, but I will choose another hotel in the area if I return."
