"When navigating to the hotel, the map address takes you down a back alley to their back entrance which has the valet parking (which is the only type available) but there is no signage with the name of the hotel on that back entrance until you pull up a ramp and around a corner. A sign with the hotel name would be super helpful. When checking in, staff were helpful and qualified for a room upgrade through Expedia Gold status and they happily upgraded me to a suite.
