“Nice hotel. Cute room layout. Here are the two issues. 1- don’t count on a shuttle. We arrived at 11\. We called and pressed the number for a shuttle, was on hold 20 mins. Decided to get a cab. It’s such a short drive cab guy complained and said use their shuttle. I said I tried. He took me for like $9\. Git to the hotel and shuttle was there empty. No one insight. When I asked at check in, there was no answer or reason known. The only other issue is shower area is not hidden by a door. Clear……

“I will never use Expedia ever again I purchased the insurance in case something happened and something did happen where I was unable to get there till 3 days later and they still charged me even no they were supposed to charge me when I got there they charged me the day before I was supposed to get there and then they said that they reach down to the hotel which the hotel does not reimburse you they told me that and on the chat they said that they that I have to give them 72 hours to investigate……
