"Room was clean and paring was easy. We were able to walk to where the riverboats were for our tour. Beale street was about 6 blocks away and we walked that as well. The only issue was the elevators. There were two but only one was working and when we got back from Beale St that one wasn’t working and we were on the 14th floor. We had to adjust our parking situation so we only had 7 floors to walk up. Having said that the staff were all very friendly. "

"Room is not cleaned every day. Which means no extra cups/ coffee for the next morning. Also we were only given 2 cups, creamers etc although they knew there were 3 people staying in the room. Everything else was very good "

I already thought the rate was overpriced for what you got, but after seeing all the extra fees upon check out, I would have chosen a different hotel for our nightly stay.
