It's good for what it is. It's close to the freeway and near Deaconness and Sacred Heart medical facilities. I got a good night's sleep there. The room was plenty quiet and accessibility wasn't a problem. The issue that stood out about the room was the drains, they were very slow in draining. The exercise room was quite well provisioned. There is an exercise bike, a treadmill, and a good weight machine. The breakfast was also pretty good. there are several dining options nearby, from fast food to fine dining. the area is on the seedy side though. Lots of homeless all over the place make any sort of walking around the area undesirable. .

The Baymont is clean, convenient, and affordable. Easy parking. Good options for quick breakfast/snack. We've tried a few other hotels, but for the price, the Baymont has become our go-to for trips to Spokane.
