"We had such a great time visiting Spokane, and this was probably one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in a very long time! The hotel was exceptionally clean and offered wonderful amenities, including a complimentary cocktail and a hot, buffet-style breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. One of the things we noticed most—and even talked about several times during our stay—was how incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming the staff was. Everyone was absolutely accommodating in every way, from the front desk and bar/kitchen staff to the housekeeping team. Their outstanding customer service really made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be booking our stays here whenever we return to Spokane. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Great place to stay. Room was clean. River view room was nice and had a balcony. Free drink in the bar. Breakfast was better than most!"

"Got bad directions from Apple Maps but found the property with a couple of left turns. Greeted and quickly checked in. Comfy bed and nice linens and towels. Nice size TV with bunches of choices to watch with easy guide to follow. Variety of food choices in lobby for purchase. Parking lot has a sign: remove all valuables from vehicle, so I imagine the area is not terribly safe, though Spokane is not really a huge metropolitan city."
