"Good stuff. Rooms were very large shower is very big, the air-conditioning system didn’t make a lot of noise the building has a lot of interesting history. a lot of good places to eat nearby staff is pretty friendly. Fair price for the hotel. TV and Internet work well.
Bad stuff. A lot of homeless activity outside police and fire department activity and excessive amount of noise. Our towels were pretty worn and frayed. Bed was way too soft. Hallways needed to be vacuumed and didn’t smell that...
"Not so good customer service our business ethics in regards to the car charging. We originally picked this hotel over any other hotel because they offered electric car charging. We asked for 2 days and everyday it was never charged not even once. We expressed our concerns to front desk and valet staff only to be given the cold shoulder "
"This facility is pretty basic and average as most properties go however, the staff that works here are great! Very friendly, very helpful the type you would normally find in a much higher and facility. These people really made my brief stay great!"

"The staff were incredible! They were friendly and accommodating. I have 3 girls and the staff were so kind to them. Especially with the cookies. The property was clean and comfortable. I felt safe parking my car in the garage it was worth paying the fee. We were in walking distance to Riverfront park the mall and plenty of restaurants. The breakfast was incredible the buffet AND the menu items and to top it all off there’s a Starbucks inside the hotel! Highly recommend"
