“The home was exactly as advertised and met all of our needs. The location near Sequoia made it easy for our family of 6 to explore the park without having to venture too far at the end of the day. The home was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our family. There was a maintenance issue with one of the showers and the responsiveness was incredibly quick. Not sure how the repairman got there so fast! We were there in the "offseason," so restaurants were……

“This house was perfect for our family (6 adults) getaway. Conveniently located close to Three Rivers dining options and close to the Sequoia National Park entrance. The Kaweah River was rolling and it was very relaxing sitting in the gazebo watching and listening it go by. Srey was very responsive to any questions we had and provided us with a lot of helpful tips for enjoying the area. Would definitely stay here again.”

“My three brothers, their wives, my husband and myself all have this trip to my mom for a Christmas gift. The house was everything we were hoping for and the sound of the river was a most unexpected gift! Although we were disappointed because the road to Sequoia National Forest was closed, after a two hour drive to the other side of the forest we were able to see the amazing trees. The little town of Three Rivers has really great food and nice, small shops.”

“We met up for the Jazz Festival. Although tucked away, this was a great place to stay, with easy access. my only reservation was the climbing up the steep stairs. ( being in the mountains, I should have known.) One of the group has cardiac problems so this was a bit difficult. Otherwise, everything was very clean and well organized. Virtually anything we needed was available. The views were unbelievable coffee on the porch was fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”

“We were there for 11 days in early May, the weather was about 10 degrees cooler than Fresno for our entire stay (about an hour away). It's close (1-2 hours if you take the north vs south route) to the Sequoia parks/forest, and there's a big cat sanctuary a few miles up the road. The house itself is pretty simple, but did have basic essentials (oil, condiments, several seasonings, popcorn, granola bars, coffee, tea)- enough to get you started on day 1. “Place was serene and close to the national parks. The farm animals were nice. What is lacking is a first floor bathroom and a more comfortable bed.”

“We absolutely loved it there. it has wonderful view during sunrise from the hills and cute backyard for my pup to run and play. Property is maintained well even though its a Mobile home. Well equipped kitchen. Great location. calm and peaceful. Be mindful of neighbours though, there was one guy who was not happy with us walking around as he thought we were intentionally there to disturb his dogs and horses.”

“I liked that the people there running it was really nice! Is a nice getaway for a short stay! What I didn't like about my stay is when they gave my room that I reserved for a reason to someone else all because they didn't want to sleep in the same bed! I reserved 2 queen beds for a reason! I had 3 people in my group and there so called upgrade for me was a bed and a couch and said they would bring us some wine for staying in that upgraded room but never brought it! Then the next day had to move……
