"RUDE and UNFRIENDLY!!! Too unwelcoming AND FINICKY for hospitality. This AWFUL place is like a dorm for children or a PRISON CAMP. NOT for people who are there to see friends or family. No this no that no visitors and I'm watching you on CCTV. RIPPED ME OFF!!! Kept all my money even though I said I wasn't comfortable and cancelled. I could have understood if they kept some of my money but ALL??? And I didn't stay a day??? RIP OFF!!! MISERABLE!!! RUDE!!! DO NOT GO!!!!"

"My family of 4 (2 parents, 2 teenagers) came for parents weekend for our son at USMMA. The location is fantastic, Only 1 block from academy- walking to and from was a piece of cake. The overall property sadly is a 2. The property was not as described or pictured. It is listed as a bed and breakfast however, no breakfast was provided. The pictures showed a full size refrigerator with some counter space, and chairs around a table, however only a mini refrigerator was present, but not turned on...

"This was a good location on our trip to NYC. We didn’t spend much time in the neighborhood but we felt safe. Check-in was easy. There was not a lot of sitting room for our group of 4, but that’s my fault for not realizing there wasn’t a living room. The kitchen is sparsely equipped, but we didn’t need much during our stay. "We had a few problems with the hotel. When we asked about more toilet paper we were told to ask Expedia. How could Expedia get us more toilet paper? We had a triple bunk bed but the ladders were against the wall. When I booked the room it showed three double bed but no bunk beds."

"The staff was great. Room thermostats worked well. Great views. But the room was incompletely furnished. Bedroom had no nightstands and no reading lighting. TV connection to streaming channel selection was screwy. Passwords were rejected despite being correctly entered - twice (proof is that same pw worked on personal computer). No garbage cans in room at all. Some chain pulled blinds broken. Why locate microwave oven in compartment near floor?"
