"Sharp nails sticking out of the floor and door handle into the bathroom. Gum on the sheets. Hair in the bathtub when we checked in. Woken up at 7am to people talking in the hallways. The only redeeming quality of the hotel was getting comped 1 night out of the 4 we stayed there. Will never be back. "

Staff was good, we’ve been coming here for years, we are noticing it’s hit or miss with the staff, some of them knows us and greets us like family others it’s like they are greeting us for the manual they used in orientation. We are finding the customer service is dropping a little. But still a really good place to stay"

"Loved walk-in shower as well as tub, large bathroom, large pillows, comfortable beds. Accommodating staff. Pool on site great for travellers with children. No breakfast. Attached pub/restaurant/dining room a bit pricey, though food was excellent. Hotel gave complimentary coupon to use in restaurant."
