"If you don’t like noise then this hotel is not for you a train runs by most of the night. The bathroom had snot on the wall, curtains with holes. The mattress pad wasn’t great. On a good note the front desk clerks were great. The entry was was beautiful."

"Parking in the front is limited so you’re forced to park on the side or back and there’s no access to the hotel from those sides. There is only two disabled parking stall which I am a user so I had to be dropped off at the front before my partner parked at the side and had to walk all the way around. The pillows were either rock hard or weird like they were stuffed with old blankets or something. The pool was over crowded with zero attention to it. Kids flying everywhere and no towels stocked. There was not enough towels in our room for the number of people and no toilet paper at check in. And the “included breakfast” was horrendous. Like. Don’t even bother included. You had to give the lady a ticket at the door which is fine, but then there are very little options. Like a bagel, sure. Toasted? Na. There was two toasters, only one worked and the other took more than 5 mins to toast anything. Cream cheese? Na. Coffee? Sure. A tiny bit. Milk? Na because the man ahead of you took several coffee cups and emptied the milk jug into the cups and put the caps on and put them in his walker after loading up half the sugar packets and jams and peanut butt"
