“This location is an older facility and its wear shows. The beds were clean and comfy, but the AC unit and phone were dusty and I couldn’t call the front desk when I needed it, the tub was very worn and stained, and there were hairs on the bathroom floor. Despite requesting a crib before and at check-in so it’d be ready for bedtime, I later found out they had zero cribs on-site; the employee said others must have stolen them and that they didn’t get families often so there hasn’t been a need. He……

“Beautiful hotel. Great amenities and access to the beach. They seem to employ younger people who aren’t trained in customer service. Front office staff is great. However the pool and beach attendants just seem to be done with life. Very poor attitudes. Rude to guests. Otherwise great place.”

“The property is a bit outdated, and the location didn’t make us feel very safe. Late at night, someone above us started setting off fireworks. It was extremely loud, and honestly, I was too uncomfortable to even ask them to stop—I just waited for it to end. Overall, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, we missed breakfast because it ended at 9:00 AM. It’s fine for a one-night stay, but personally, I wouldn’t choose to stay here with children.”
