FIX the two HUGE potholes next to the storm drains in the parking lot just to the left of the main center behind the stage area. They ARE HUGE and more than a foot deep! Almost ripped out the front suspension of the car! At least put in some gravel to fill the holes and dump some liquid tar asphalt on top of it. For some reason, the concierge desk didn't open many days until 9:45am, yet the front desk said they would be open at 8am, then 8:30am, then in a few minutes. Caribbean time frames? Could never find the ice machine anywhere in our building. Kudos to the pool towel system. Pick one up, use it, then place in pool towels to clean bin. Perfect.
