Overall it was a good experience. I didn't know that there wasn't daily room service which is important to me. The property could be better maintained. For example the stairs going down to the front parking lot was always covered in leaves,flowers, and chicken poop. The seaweed was terrible but they were always working on clearing it out. We were out of the resort most of the time so I didn't mind the downsides. The ac in my kids room didn't work. The lock on the slider wasn't working. Could definitely use better maintainence but I must say this resort was in a convenient location so we made the best of it.
