“We had very mixed feelings about our stay at TradeWinds Island Grand. The resort grounds, beach service, food, and staff were all wonderful, but our room was extremely disappointing—especially after spending nearly $2,900 for the weekend. The room looked nothing like the bright, updated photos online. The bathroom was dirty, with rust stains, chipped porcelain, a dust-covered vent, and a bathtub that wouldn't drain. Maintenance fixed the drain but left the tub dirty afterward, and our request……

“The night before we stayed at a four star hotel in Longboat. Key and Rumfish is also supposed to be a four star Hotel. There was a huge difference in the quality of the rooms and amenities. The photos on Expedia of this property look very clean and then once on site it looks aged and need of some upgrades on fixtures, rugs, mattresses, Bath, fixtures, etc..”
