“Room was clean but old. Paint peeling in the bathroom, a taped up broken window, none of the windows were operational. Pool was beautiful. Staff were friendly! ”

“There is no one around the property to help out with check ins. There were at least 3 other parties that arrived we helped out because they had issues as well.There was another property down the street theyowned but like this property no one was there. They do have phone numbers posted but good luck with that or getting someone to call you back. We lucked out with someone working on the roof of the property and they had direct number and general manager came over quickly. We also had problem……

“Other than location, this property is just average. It is advertised as a boutique hotel, and is quite small, but, doesn't provide more personalized service than typical hotels. The toilet paper, paper towels and shampoos provided were subpar. Regarding cleanliness, this was also subpar. I know this is a beach location, but upon entering our unit, we noted sandy floors and area rug. Our white socks were filthy after walking on the floors. I am doubtful it was ever mopped. The beach view……

“We were in the family room (Room 1) on the first floor. We loved it! The room was very clean and very comfortable with a view of the bay from the living room windows, there are dolphins swimming by on a regular basis, and beautiful Sunset Beach is literally a block away. There were only two downsides I can think of: (1) the pool is very nice but is strictly for lounging---it's not big enough for lap swimming, and (2) the closest place to get a coffee or food is a 20 minute walk.
