Pros: The price that I got the room for
Cons: Everything, the service needs to be friendlier, the bathrooms in the rooms need to be cleaner, the pillows need to be changed and more of them
Location: Mid Rivers Mall was close, restaurants
I arrived 2 hours early to check in since we were playing baseball at 3pm and 5pm. Other hotels have let me do this and so I tried. When I walked in I greeted a younger man with a hello how are you and he never responded with a word. I asked if I could check in and he said at 3pm. I said okay and walked out. He was rude. I came back later that evening to check in and the YOUNG lady at the desk was nice and respectful. The rooms were OK. I will not go back to this hotel. The room had an odd smell about it, the bathtub was dirty with dirt and hair in it, the pillows were made of air it seemed like and the bed was not comfortable. It was just a rough night for my wife, son and I as we all three woke up stiff and not feeling like we had a good sleep. The AC unit was set at 68 degrees but I had to turn it on continuous fan so that it would stay cool in the room. Breakfast was some muffins and cereal bars with coffee and oatmeal. There was not a breakfast area to eat at and I was told that it would be ready at 5am, it was not ready till almost 6am. This was my first and last time to stay at this hotel.

In general, I have never had a good experience with this chain of hotels.

DO NOT STAY

Overbooked, did not let us stay, did not help us find another hotel. Turned us away even after we had paid!!!

Type of room asked for was changed, turned on heat, smoke detector goes off, room smelled like something burned. I didn't not stay they night, I left.

Great place

I had a great time! The staff was amazing and was quite helpful. The answered all of my questions promptly. The room was comfortable and clean. It was quite great to have a range top and dishes at my disposal.

Not the best weekend away

Waited 15 mins just to check in. No cups in the room. No trash cans in the room

Terrible maintenance.. bathroom is not cleaned

I got shocked to see an used soap in the toilet with hair ... no other soaps there to use.. What is disappointment..

stay ok

overall it was nice.house keeping was non exsisted.we booked 3 days and didn't see housekeeping once.having the full size icebox was a plus.of course i had to go downstairs to get a coffee pot.which i thought that they should already be in the rooms.

One housekeeping service every 7 nights is included in the rate. However, we do allow you to change your sheets, towels, etc at the desk at any time with no additional charge.
