Was told when we got there that we had no room there but at another location even though we made reservations there. Staff didn't really care that we had made reservations there because it wa close to sons home. Would never recommend to anyone.

Smokers Paradise

Non smoking room stunk of cigarette smoke. Front sidewalk littered with cigarette butts. Staff spent a lot of time out back on smoking breaks. Not very pleasant for non smokers.

Pros: The price that I got the room for
Cons: Everything, the service needs to be friendlier, the bathrooms in the rooms need to be cleaner, the pillows need to be changed and more of them
Location: Mid Rivers Mall was close, restaurants
I arrived 2 hours early to check in since we were playing baseball at 3pm and 5pm. Other hotels have let me do this and so I tried. When I walked in I greeted a younger man with a hello how are you and he never responded with a word. I asked if I could check in and he said at 3pm. I said okay and walked out. He was rude. I came back later that evening to check in and the YOUNG lady at the desk was nice and respectful. The rooms were OK. I will not go back to this hotel. The room had an odd smell about it, the bathtub was dirty with dirt and hair in it, the pillows were made of air it seemed like and the bed was not comfortable. It was just a rough night for my wife, son and I as we all three woke up stiff and not feeling like we had a good sleep. The AC unit was set at 68 degrees but I had to turn it on continuous fan so that it would stay cool in the room. Breakfast was some muffins and cereal bars with coffee and oatmeal. There was not a breakfast area to eat at and I was told that it would be ready at 5am, it was not ready till almost 6am. This was my first and last time to stay at this hotel.

Nice people, not nice hotel

Every person we came into contact with was extremely nice and polite; however, when we entered our room there was an odor that they tried to cover up with air freshener, which made it worse. The widows were open too. The refrigerator was unplugged and upon plugging it in after having to physically move it out to get to the plug, it was loud and noisy. We unplugged it. Cigarette burns on the sill of the tub, no continental breakfast provided as advertised, the bed had a deep pit in the right side, and the hallways were loud and noisy with people till at least 1:00 am. This was my first experience at a hotel of this type that catered to long term guest and we will not be staying again in this hotel or any other like it. We checked out early and changed hotels.

Dirty, rude staff.

The room was dirty even leftover food in the fridge. Tub was stopped up and couldn't shower the entire weekend as they didn't have maintenance and couldn't offer another room to shower in. Staff was unprofessional and rude.

Throughly disgusted

I have never been more throughly disgusted in a hotel room as I was with this one. The room smelled horrendous when we walked in. Looking in the refrigerator, the previous guests food was still in there, indicating to me that the room wasn't cleaned properly. There was hair in the shower, the shower curtain was dirty as well. There was a dead cricket in the light fixture. At 2:30 AM, the freakin fire alarm went off waking us all up, went to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. I had to get dressed and go to the front desk, and tell them that this happened We finally fell back to sleep and at 4 AM THE FREAKIN FIRE ALARM WENT OFF AGAIN! Went to front desk and they told me to DISCONNECT the fire alarm and told us that the phone would be fixed that day. Well guess what? Phone wasn't fixed at all. Property was nasty, cigarette butts everywhere. Foyers were full of dog hair on the rugs, and garbage was in elevators and hallways. Neighboring room put a bag of garbage in the hallway on Saturday and it was still there on Monday when we checked out.I will never stay at this hotel again. I can't believe that this hotel is still in business. Whatever you do, if you need a hotel in the area of St Peters/ St Louis DON'T CHOOSE THIS ONE!!! You will regret it!

Don't stay in or around St Louis if you can.

The hotel itself wasn't horrible, but the location and type of people that stayed there were not the best. I was woken up at 1 am by pounding on my door by a drunk man looking for his friend. The hotel was filled with people like that. Not a safe area at all. Went to eat at local applebees for dinner and was approached by two women trying to scam me with a flat tire. They wanted me to fix it and then follow me to "thank me". I didn't fix their tire after I saw that the valve stem was removed. I left and shortly after a man came pulling up in his truck to fix his girlfriends tire. The police told me it was a scam they do to follow you and then rob you. Not safe area at all.

Scary weird

Scary weird. No coffee in the room. The suite w/ kitchen had no dishes not even a cup for water. They must have a thief problem had to ask for everything @ front desk Every time I went to the front desk the staff was outside smoking

Ok to sleep, that's about it. There was nothing in the kitchen, not even a cup to be found. The breakfast consisted of coffee and granola bars.
