In general, I have never had a good experience with this chain of hotels.

Terrible maintenance.. bathroom is not cleaned

I got shocked to see an used soap in the toilet with hair ... no other soaps there to use.. What is disappointment..

This hotel has been very accommodating and convenient as I am in between residences and it is close to work.

Will be OK once they finish the work

OK place. In suite kitchenette, however NO utensils, etc. These must be checked out from the desk, if they have them. The room was recently redone, however it wasn't quite finished...shelves were not in cabinets, doors did not close, lots of details needed attention.

Needed to be cleaner but staff was very helpful.

Door stop, pipes under sink & bottom of faucets were really dirty & scumy, which surprised me because the rest of the room was exceptionally clean. Staff was nice & helpful although I was charged double at a higher rate on the second day. They did refund it, just waiting to see it on my credit card statement. Overall a descent place but not sure I'd stay again.

They are in the process of renovating, but so outdated. Bathroom floor was cracked with a hole-scrapes in the wall all over .

Very disapointed

No coffee pot, bed apreads, or any utensils for a kitchen, hadn't been cleaned. Found glasses and trash in corners and under beds.

No frills, but pleasant stay and affordable

I enjoyed the Extended Stay hotel for the kitchenette feature and the fact you don't have a maid knocking on your door every morning..which can be extremely annoying if you prefer sleeping in late. I liked that they will let you request cleanings on your own time or provide things such as silverware, pots, pans or extra towels etc. Internet connection was good too, and everything was very clean. At 3 stars, there aren't a lot of frills, but the price was extremely reasonable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I'd stay there again.
