“A wonderful stay, the Inn is gorgeous! Our room was very clean with wonderful toiletries and amenities. The place was very quiet, which could have been due to the pub being closed that day/eve - worth checking opening days and sorting alternative food out. However, as the pub was closed the owners let us sit out in the beer garden which is beautiful and got us a glass of wine! The breakfast was sensational also, highly recommend a stay here!!”

“It’s a lovely location, aspects of the property are nice, the free car parking was good and the staff were very helpful and quick to respond to queries. The room was nice in terms of having a sitting area and then a bedroom and on suite. However, the property needs to be updated and the cleaning also needs to be more frequent. “Me, my partner and our 2 dogs spent an amazing weekend there ❤️ The place is magical. We went for long walks around the fields, ate amazing food in the restaurant at the property, swam in a swimming pool, and enjoyed the area around. Definitely recommend to visit! “Room was good, bed comfy, shower worked well. It’s in the middle of town so there is some noise, especially on a Saturday night, but to be expected. Checking in was easy although it would have been helpful to have two room keys. The woman on the desk did not seem entirely in the same world as everyone else. Parking can be a problem but usually can park in town square (which you need to pay for, either in cash/card or by downloading the local app). Place fairly clean, tables for breakfast……

“One night stay for my partner's birthday. Hotel is clean and tidy and very well presented. Pool is lovely and definitely their summer USP, but not near enough sun loungers for the potential number of guests staying at the hotel - so be prepared to not get one. Classic case of guests leaving towels on them when they were nowhere to be seen. Josh was fantastic in the restaurant, helpful young lad with a great eye for getting things done. Shower only ran boiling hot water which wasn't ideal but……

“I had a warm welcome and my case was taken up to my room. The room was large with king sized bed. All clean, dated, but that suited the age of hotel! There was a small table with kettle and a selection of tea, coffee etc. Large en-suite with large shower. Lots of choices on breakfast menu and cooked freshly. Parking was easy. Location was excellent. 5 minutes walk to Lacock Abbey. Lacock is a very small place but very interesting.”

“The hotel is very clean, nice and beautiful. They have a big, nice garden and is well managed. It gives you a pleasant environment that you relax and can walk around enjoying the atmosphere. The staff are nice and professional. The gardener even has time to introduce me to the plant I am interested in. This shows how a professional team they are. ”
