Literally the worst hotel to ever stay on for a beach getaway. Hotel staff was RUDE check in line was over an hour long. Then the room wasn’t ready so at 4 O’clock we went back to the line waited another hour to ask about our room and they didn’t have a room ready for us. We missed dinner reservations then was charged for said reservation. The staff was so nasty they told us if we put our umbrella down at the pool we were not allowed to put it back up? The staff at the poke bowl storefront was the worst culinary interaction I’ve ever had. Over priced over crowded and dirty beach. Makes the Riu look like a 5 start hotel which is where I’ll be staying again next time. Would never come back
