"I felt like I was charged for valet that I had no choice but to use, the shuttle that is referred to has limited seating so if you use their shuttle you may get left if there is not a return seat for you and it only runs every 2 hours , one pool was shut the entire time I was there. Our room was still being cleaned and we did not arrive until after 5pm. "
