“Our stay and communication with the owner, Charles, was perfect. However, dealing with Evolve was a horrible experience. I will never use them again and I strongly suggest you book directly with Charles at The Eagles Nest. (573-552-8044) we have stayed here many times before with the old ownership and now new owner, Charles is in charge and he is stepping up! Super clean, best view on the lake, pool, great pizza, perfect location. If you want fluff, glitz and glamour this is not your place, but……

“The place was very clean, beds were cozy. The neighborhood is nice, safe and quiet. Felt like the price paid for the space was a bit much for how tiny it was (attached to a big house with a pool we had no access to), no where to sit outside, no view of the lake (unless you walked down the street) and miniscule shower size. Kim had good communication throughout it all. If you need a quick & simple stay (like we did for the one night), this is a good place.”

“This was my second stay at this location!My only suggestion is that it would be nice to have additional towels and wash cloths. Highly recommend!”

“Hot tub was not working well. Only a few jets worked. Pool was in good shape. Air conditioner went out on up the last night. Was hard for these old bones to get comfortable in the bed. ”
