“We had everything we needed. The clock in the dining room had stopped and needed a new battery. I bought some and replaced it and then opened the silverware drawer and saw replacement batteries! Our hosts had everything covered! One question. The online directions asked us to leave the sheets on the bed but the written instructions on the folder said to strip the beds. “We got there the location is actually a little hard to understand, but we found it. The house is not the cleanest. It smelt like it was moldy. There was no coffee cups for the coffee. There was a roll and a half of toilet paper no hot water in the one shower and the other shower wouldn’t turn on at all. One towel and one washcloth and one bathroom Two washcloths two towels and the other bathroom the beds were very nice and clean, but overall not what I’m used to there was no book to tell us……

“Ed was great at communicating with us through our entire stay and responded quickly to any questions we had. Steps from the beach, and two resturants within walking distance made this stay perfect for our family. There is storage for your beach chairs, and great closet space in every room! Waking up to the waves and view every day eas so peaceful. Proximity to the bridge traffic was a concern at first but quicklu realized you barley hear the cars at all. Highly reccomend this place to anyone……

“I cannot recommend staying at this condo to anyone in the future. No matter how conveniently placed in proximity to the beach this unit is the unclean state of the unit and horrible communication from the property manager absolutely ruined my experience of my stay. The unit has a horrible ant problem and the managements solution was to drop off a can of raid by the door for me to take care of it myself. There was never any follow up on the condition of the unit and the state of the ant……

“Exactly as described and well equipped. Occasionally the neighbors were very loud. A leak above the shower from upstairs required 3 days of work but all fixed.
