No matter how conveniently placed in proximity to the beach this unit is the unclean state of the unit and horrible communication from the property manager absolutely ruined my experience of my stay. The unit has a horrible ant problem and the managements solution was to drop off a can of raid by the door for me to take care of it myself. There was never any follow up on the condition of the unit and the state of the ant...
