“No Kleenex in the room and the room smelled, the mattress was horrible, and everything was run down. In the morning there was no staff at the office. I rang the bell multiple times. The continental breakfast (7-10am) was wiped out except for cereal with no milk. The keurig was out of water and I couldn’t find a staff member for anything. It was the worst choice I’ve ever made and I’m still apologizing to my wife for picking such a disaster.”
