It was a short stay but nice. Close to airport with shuttle service was a plus. If you're not used to the area where the airport is- it is really dark and curvy so the shuttle service welcomed. I had a 5 am flight and the shuttle starts at 4 and I made it to the airport in plenty of time.

We enjoyed our stay at the Victoria. Check in was easy with self service instructions. We had the Windsor room which was in the back of the property and had its own entrance. We liked that a lot as we didn’t have to climb stairs and it was quiet with a nice little deck to relax on. Joana and Michael were super kind and had a delicious and filling breakfast each morning. We searched online for rooms in the area to attend a family funeral. I have a rewards at another chain for work but made a change based on location, room design and price. We are so glad we did. Staff were amazingly helpful and rooms were top notch. Bed so comfortable after 8 hr drive. Now I'm a member here and will use for my work travel also.

We’ve been fortunate to travel the world and this hotel was terrific. In the heart of Bentonville. A world-class museum within walking distance. Phenomenal restaurants. We will definitely be back to this curated hotel and city.
