We absolutely loved BlueSky! We stayed in room 402, a one bedroom suite. We were shocked at how roomy it was. It had 2 luxurious bathrooms, a master bedroom, and a den with privacy doors. We had a wonderful stay viewing the beautiful fall aspen leaves. Everything was very nice and this is a great location as we wallked most everywhere.

This hotel is very unassuming from the outside, but they have completely remodeled the inside. We had a wonderful stay. The front desk was very responsive and helpful. The pool was open with reservations (24 hours in advance), but just know the hot tubs were closed. Thankfully the pool was very warm! Check-in was so easy! Everything is so close, you get the best of both worlds. Downtown is right out front, and the ski lift is right out back. Perfect!

Pros: Across the street from Golden Peak lift. Short walk into Vail Village. Great breakfast!!!! I enjoyed the fireplace inside the room. Cons: Parking. The underground parking spaces are limited for $40/day, and I had to circle around 3 times. Then I waited 45 minutes to see if anyone would leave to find a spot.

The facilities are all top notch but what really made the stay great is the staff. They were always very helpful above and beyond what was required. One of the housekeepers kept my 2 year old daughter from bolting out of the elevator as I'm standing there 7 months pregnant, arms full, unable to stop her. Don't let the 3 stars fool you. The rooms are clean, and the property is quiet for a good night's sleep. The only reason this hotel isn't a 4 star is because of the outdated tile in the kitchens and bathrooms. Everything else is up to date and very, very nice. Awesome views of the mountains! Wonderful amenities, comfortable beds. Very clean and welcoming. I only wish the fireplace had worked. Will definitely come back to this hotel. Vail is gorgeous!

Two friends and I stayed here overnight during a 2 day skiing trip in December. The accommodation was great, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with equipment, and the Marriott shuttle (every 15 mins at peak times) into and out of Lionshead was very regular and reliable in getting us to and from the skiing. One of our group used the hot tub and found it very good. The rate was very reasonable too.
