"Staff was very accommodating, arrived very early and was able to check in and had an hour extra on checkout. Staff brought any items I needed for my extended stay like coffee pods, laundry soap and bath supplies that you could order through a QR code. Great location in CBD Sydney. Room was clean. Pool area with hot tub, sauna and gym was very nice. The only thing that was sometimes annoying was the wait and chaos of the elevator system during busy times. You scan your room card at a reader(s) and it assigns you an elevator, A to E I think. Narrow area so people waiting to get on and people coming off was congested at times. Elevators could take a long time to arrive to get you as well sometimes. Tip: You have to pull the oven range hood/fan out to turn it on. Definitely would stay again!"

"Nice tidy big rooms but stay was let down by very uncomfortable pillows that have no support, and noisy pipes from anyone flushing toilets etc on all floors above you. Got no sleep as a result."

The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful at all times, and the overall atmosphere was amazing. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the bar had great options as well. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
