"Very clean room and cozy bed (which is very important!). They have great restaurants right next door (including Elements which is dog-friendly!) with a discount just for staying at the hotel. They have the lake right across the street too. There was also an elevator which was helpful. To get in, you need your key card so it adds extra security. Front desk was very helpful as well and responded to our call from our room right away. As a plus, they have a laundry room and the front desk was helpful with exchanging cash for quarters to use the laundry machines."

"We chose this location for the type of rooms offered. We travelled with our young adult kids to see a Jack Johnson concert in South Lake. It happened to be Labor Day weekend and the stateline area was a crowded mess of people. The room we chose had 2 kings and a pullout bed. One of the kings was a separate room with its own bathroom. The additional bathroom and kitchen were a plus. This option is not common in the industry. The price was reasonable and the location was at the base of Heavenly. We played pickleball in the roof for a bit. Definitely would stay here again. All staff that we encountered were friendly and professional. I wish more hotels had this room setup. Thank you."
