“Beautiful and historic property! Full of character and charm. The staff was so wonderful and accommodating. The location was perfect, one block from Lincoln Square with many restaurants, shops and museums nearby ~ very walkable area! The breakfast provided was top-notch. We loved Swope Manor.”

“Great location and large room, downside was no staff on site; we needed to call to get someone from the next door diner to open the door. No welcome or further context. Also no staff when we checked out. Rooms are nice and spacious, the outdoors patio and garden are a great opportunity to relax in, but is current quite empty; if they would make this a bit more cosy and welcoming it would be a lot better.”

“Room was clean air conditioner worked but had a musty smell. Everything work shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Everything was within walking distance. The only time we used the car was to do the auto trail. We would come back to this motel.”

“The location was excellent and had a great historic feel that is appropriate for the area. The continental breakfast in the morning was fantastic and a great way to fuel up for a full day exploring the battlefields. We had a great view from our room.”
