“Sam's place is fantastic! Extremely clean and with a lot of good amenities such as fridge, microwave, coffee maker, all available for the guests. It is the perfect place for a quick retreat when close to the area and it's good to go swimming in the lake during the warmer days of summer.
Sam is really kind and helpful, will definitely come back!”

“Very disappointed . Would never recommend for seniors . Bed was the worst . Very soft mattress and no box springs. Felt as I was lying on the floor . No chairs in the room and no TV . Not even in the common area .Price was 147.00 . Would not return again . You don’t even get to speak to somebody . They emailed you a code for the main door and another for your room . 😢 Wish I had taken a photo”

“Lovely spot if you don't need accessible features like a ramp. Parking was difficult to find the overflow lot. Needs better signage. Otherwise absolutely lovely and close to everything we needed.”
