“Reserved a 2 room suite, when arrived was advised since I had a pet I could not stay in the suite I paid for. Was moved to a standard 2 queen bed room which was $50- $60 less in price depending on what site or if it was purchased thru their site. They advised I would only get a $10 discount for the new room. Plus was charged an additional $70 for a pet fee.Sent message to management with no response.”

He went above and beyond and out of his way to make additional accommodations and worked with us to make sure we were taken care of. Can’t say enough good things about John and his place.
