"Beautiful property. Has all the essentials already there. The ladder style steps to the loft take a little getting used to, but everything else was amazing. Clean, fairly quiet with plenty of privacy. Great shops nearby and centrally located to many interesting day trip destinations."

The Hampton Inn. in Dobson is close to Shelton Winery. They provide free shuttle to the winery. As for the property itself, our room was very large, quiet, and they have a really nice hot breakfast where you can eat inside or outside on their patio. We really enjoyed our stay.

Greeted by the amazing staff upon arrival, it feltblikebinwas visiting family... Christmas decorations had recently been put up, adding to the warmth of the atmosphere. Complimentary bottled water and cookies were out. Very nice touch.
The room was comfy, and I slept great! Very well appointed breakfast buffet in the morning added to the nice stay. I have yet to encounter a hotel that had everything together like this one had! Highly recommend.

Nice location within a short driving distance of shops and restaurants. Quick easy check-in. Room was clean, comfortable and a good size. Had a couple relatives come to the room and we were comfortable sitting around talking. Was in the lobby later with them and the lady that checked us in brought all of us a just baked warm chocolate chip cookie!
