"This is our absolute favorite place for a family vacation! The house is very comfortable with everything you need and amazing views. It is very private and even feels like you are on a tropical island from the top balcony view. The beach is just a stones throw away and not at all crowded when we went in June. We love this place!"

"The location of this room is perfect for your stay in North Beach! Walking distance to the beach/boardwalk, several stores, restaurants, coffee shop, and beer garden. The included beach pass was so helpful! The check-in, check-out process was so easy. Our only complaint was the noise from the guests in the room above us and you could hear the live music from the nearby beer garden until 10:30 pm - however, the positives FAR outweighed the noise."

"The room was quite lovely! It was a large room, and there was a small porch right off our room to enjoy. However we were too busy to enjoy it. If you are a senior citizen with balance issues, then I would say this particular room may not be for you. The bathroom is tiny and there are no bars to hold onto in the shower. I do not know what the other rooms are like but I would certainly check first when you book, because it was a great place to stay. "

Perfectly fine
"Totally fine. This isn't luxury: the room is spacious and clean and new and mostly comfortable (oddly soft bed) but kind of a cross between a dorm room and a hotel. Sort of weird they don't take more advantage of being on the water and water culture (e.g., no kayaks or canoes for guests to even give the illusion of being connected to the bay). The pool is small, indoors, and honestly not inviting. It's probably perfectly fine but didn't scream the cleanest in the world. All else being equal, given that it's a gagillion degrees out, I would have chosen the hotel across the way with the outdoor pool."
