It’s in a great location. The shops are mostly new. My favorite, The Store, is gone. Only Williams Sonoma was of interest. The hotel said the restaurants there are wonderful. What else could they say? We had two queen size beds in our room. Both were so slanted towards the night table that it was a challenge trying to get to the center of the bed so we wouldn’t worry about rolling off of them. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was what one would expect. Was so unhappy to see the amount of plastic used. Horrible to think of the amount of plastic these hotels generate. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. It’s a sentimental favorite. There is much they could do to spruce it up.
