“We didn’t stay long (late night arrival from London and early flight) but we felt so welcome and comfortable. Very clean, warm, well-equipped room and of course we loved the beautiful Four-Poster Bed. Ancient building, nicely furnished, giving the illusion of being in deep countryside despite being only 8 minutes away from the airport on bus#3. I’ll definitely return next time I have an early flight. ”

“There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. I didn't feel any difference with and……

“We really enjoyed our brief stay at Elite Venue. The staff were friendly and helpful, every part of the process was very smooth. The highlights were how comfortable the bed was, the spa area and the blackout curtains which were perfect after seeing the new year in all night!”

“It was not a very bad hotel but it happened to have some car event outside the hotel at the carpark and so we were not able to get a parking space. And I heard that these events happened all the time so just in case if you are bumping into one of there it’s gonna be a big trouble ( terrible traffic and no parking space till 10pm)”

“Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.”
