“Pretty good. Overall good staff, great location, and clean rooms. On the bad side, renovations disrupted nap, my prosecco was not present when I arrived, and the lobby smelled super bad a few times. In another instance the owners ( I assume) were hanging out the lobby giving orders to staff in not the nicest of ways, and also treating customers with cold detachment. ”

“We stayed 4 nights. Note the Reinoso seems to be the newer section of the main hotel Murillo, and has a separate entrance on the other side of the laneway. We were originally given a ground floor room which was a bit dark and I found noisy (I am a light sleeper). Maya at reception found us another room on the 2nd floor and it was perfect for our needs. She was the stand out, warm and friendly all the time, unlike some of the others on reception who didn't bother to say hello or good evening……
