“The rooms were so clean and the staff was amazing. I was given a map with all the tourist must sees highlighted and circled. The breakfast was also great and totally worth it for the price. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville! It’s in the heart of all the must see spots! ”

“We had a great stay at Hotel Mercer. The hotel is centrally located- a few minutes walk to the cathedral. The hotel is spotless and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful- they booked restaurants and tickets, and gave great advice to ensure we got the most out of our trip to Seville. Lucy especially was so welcoming and kind. “Great location, this was a last a last minute trip and we couldn’t had been more pleased. The apartment had an incredible view to the cathedral and it was close to many restaurants and bars. The staff was helpful in getting us into the room since we did a last minute reservation and didn’t give them enough time to have the keys ready, Ruben went above and beyond. ”

“未入住前已安排好了登記及發出電子鎖匙，到步後就可以立刻進入房間，放下行李，稍作休息後就係可外出遊覽。省卻了一般酒店登記入住的時間。 另外，可能是遇上了一星期清潔房間時間，清潔了一次房間覺得挺意外！ 而且地點方便，但又清靜。有兩間浴室，又有黑膠唱片機。唯一缺點是在一樓而只有樓梯，但對住本人來說問題不大。 總括來說，物超所值。”

“Beautiful unique space, we were so happy we managed to stay here. The space is super well curated and every room is super unique and designed by different artists. 5 star hotel service, all the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was very tasty and although it was winter we managed to use briefly also swimming up and sauna which was super appreciated after walking around the town all day! ”
