“This was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Centrally located in the heart of old Seville, literally steps from all of the major attractions, restaurants and shops. This 15th century palace with stunning architecture provided the authentic and historic Seville setting we were looking for, with modern amenities. Service was top notch by the entire staff, especially the daily personal breakfast by Gonzalo in the beautiful dining area. We thoroughly enjoyed his morning company, conversation……

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I really appreciated the daily water refill — such a thoughtful touch! Room is being cleaned everyday. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety to start the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the area easy and convenient. Highly……

“Excellent location not too far away from main sites. Staff were excellent with advice and assistance. Not too keen on regimented breakfast times but not too much of a nuisance. Plenty of good places to eat located near by. ”

“Lovely staff, clean & crisp rooms, cool building and rooms - not big, but enough to be comfortable. We loved our yogurt, fruit, pastries, juice & coffee breakfast that was included and the members in our group who wanted more were able to order that. Great location to walk to all the must see sites. Nice and quiet since the roads didn’t accommodate most cars. Cozy rooftop deck was a nice place for some afternoon G&Ts. Great water pressure in shower!”

“Great location! The hotel is brand new and has spacious rooms with large windows. Staff are pleasant and helpful too. I wish the pool area was a bit cleaner but then again, we came at the beginning of spring. Beds were extremely hard and the perfume/scent in the hotel was overbearing and took a while to get used to. Otherwise, a lovely place! ”

“Attention les portes des chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. Vous entendrez facilement toutes les sorties et entrées des clients particulièrement ceux qui entrent saoul (alcool) tard dans la nuit 3 h et 4 h du matin. Votre nuit arrêtera là où la leur débutera. Les corridors résonnent et les portes claquent et non insonorisées. ”
