The hotel is very thoughtfully decorated with art work and things and there is so much that is visually engaging. The room was spacious and comfortable and charming. Just a wonderful experience. ”

“未入住前已安排好了登記及發出電子鎖匙，到步後就可以立刻進入房間，放下行李，稍作休息後就係可外出遊覽。省卻了一般酒店登記入住的時間。 另外，可能是遇上了一星期清潔房間時間，清潔了一次房間覺得挺意外！ 而且地點方便，但又清靜。有兩間浴室，又有黑膠唱片機。唯一缺點是在一樓而只有樓梯，但對住本人來說問題不大。 總括來說，物超所值。”

“We stayed 4 nights. Note the Reinoso seems to be the newer section of the main hotel Murillo, and has a separate entrance on the other side of the laneway. We were originally given a ground floor room which was a bit dark and I found noisy (I am a light sleeper). Maya at reception found us another room on the 2nd floor and it was perfect for our needs. She was the stand out, warm and friendly all the time, unlike some of the others on reception who didn't bother to say hello or good evening……
