"Taino wood was a great place for camping. Chantel and her husband Jesse are great host and are very welcoming and kind. Nice place to enjoy with your family in the nature. There were many tent sites inside their woods and we occupied the site called:Turey. We set up 3 tents (two 4-people tents and one 6-people tent). There was a firepit we used to cook food and Chantel and Jesse lend us a pot to cook. Before leaving Chantel, Jesse and a few of their friends sang indigenous songs and played...

"My husband and I were pretty excited about glamping for the first time. Until we got there. We arrived at the ranch and no one seemed to know anything about whete we were staying until we finally found the host, Rose. Rose was nice person, but had no idea who we were or if we were the ones who were staying in one of the tents. She did not even ask for our names, but directed us to one of the tents. What we found was disgraceful. The two beds were messily made with dirty, looking blankets and...

Top Town of Hardenburgh Hotel Reviews

Hunter Lodge, a Bluebird by Lark

10/10 Excellent

"We absolutely loved our stay here. Sadly, we were only here for one night but it was the perfect pit stop for our roadtrip. The room was huge and the views are amazing. We arrived late and the staff was so helpful & recommended places that were still open to eat. Also so close to all the trails! We will be back and will stay here longer!"

Urban Cowboy Lodge

8/10 Good

"Awesome to visit , relax, and enjoy the surroundings. The vibes were sooooo chill, the staff were so cool. But they had 1 big flaw, watch out for the hidden fees, check your bill and invoices before check. They add additional fees if you charge anything to your room for purchases which is crazy. Any charge to your room will be given a servicing fee. If you order breakfast, and pick it up yourself but charge it to your room, you get a fee. If you have dinner or drinks or lunch, and charge it to your room, there’s an extra fee.!!!! So bring cash or pay your bill up front… they use a system called Toast for their credit transactions, and they charge you the convenience / service fee for this system which can be as much as $40 per transaction."

Shandaken Inn

10/10 Excellent

"The Inn was very clean and the staff very welcoming. The rooms were comfortable. There is an attention to detail in the aesthetic that we really like here. Dinner was very good. The staff was very attentive. We enjoyed making s’mores under the stars after. Our ages range from 10-50+. There was something for everyone during our stay. Breakfast in the morning was as good as it’s been described. We will definitely be back to the Shandaken Inn."

Twin Gables of Woodstock

8/10 Good

"The location was good and there was plenty of close parking. The bed was comfortable with clean, crisp sheets. The bathroom was very small but the shower was nice and there was plenty of hot water, we were on the 3rd floor with 2 long flights of stairs but it was much more private than being on the first floor where there was a lot of activity. The third floor had slanted ceilings which made it hard for one side of the bed to get out of without hitting your head, you constantly had to be aware. Breakfast was plentiful but the kitchen where there was one long table, was also the office."
